Ceramic Roller VJ is a patented new product. It is different from the current rapid cooling zone roller of gear-type or thread-type in which it combines bigger and smaller teeth with each bigger one containing two smaller ones. This special structure enhances the thickness and bending strength of VJ cooling zone of roller kiln. At the same time, this special designed appearance of VJ cooling roller without increasing the intersection area, therefore it has excellent thermal shock resistance to bear big temperature gap during fast cooling zone of roller kiln. At the same time, this special designed appearance of VJ cooling roller makes the movement of ceramic tiles smooth and stable on the ceramic rollers. It is also applicable to a drying kiln. |
