2. How much thick material Abrasive water jet cutting machine can cut?
Thickness is not the limitations for water jet cutting machine
It depends on how long you are ready to wait for nozzle travels, as an when thickness is increase cutting speed will decrease.
It is depend on specification of pump you are using . high pressure pump has more cutting thickness than law pressure one. Please refer our thickness table

Metallic :- Tensile & hardened steel, stainless steel, mild steel, Brass, Aluminum, Titanium, copper ,etc
Non metallic:- Ceramic, Marble, Granite, Glass, Tiles, Stones, Plastics, Composites, foam , Puddings, Gaskets, Wood , Laminates etc

5. What about cutting accuracy?
Our machine can give >=+/- o.1mm
6. What about kerf width? Is there any special arrangement for saving material?
It is >=1mm/yes, we are providing nesting feature in our new cam software with machine
7. What about cutting speed?

8. What is the running cost?
Running cost includes mainly

- Consumable parts(orifice/nozzle etc.)
9. What about abrasive and its availability?
50 - 60 mash garnets sand required as abrasives and it is easily available in Indian market
10. What are the arrangements made by the buyers before installation of machine?
1) Air pressure requirement of machine 4 to 6 kg.cm2 the selection of the compressor should be accordingly.
2) Water Supply purity with TDS less than 80 & insoluble impurity less than 0.5 micron in RO Plant with the capacity of 200 liters per hour.
3) Computer configuration should include 256 MB RAM, 20 GB Hard Disc, Windows XP Software, Auto Cad 2006 Software and Serial Port.
4) Abrasive Sewing Net should be of SS with 40/60/80 mesh.
5) For Heat Exchanger Chilling Plant or Cooling tower to maintain the machines inlet water temperature below 250 C (For Heat Exchanger Inlet Oil Temperature will be 500 C & Outlet Oil Temperature required is 250 C)
6) Hydraulic Oil SERVO 46 or Equivalent grade to the tune of 250 liters should be arranged.
7) Please arrange for Abrasives feeder 5 Metric ton Abrasives.
8) Servo stabilizer -
9) Isolater – to protect CNC Panel from power fluctuation and also save the data loss.
11. What about spares and after sales services ?

12. What about optional accessories and their advantages?
Main optional accessories are as under
Distance adjustment system
DAE-is used for adjusting the distance between the nozzle and the work-piece automatically. it ensures high quality of the cutting surface and prevent the nozzles from breaking due to collision.
Auto abrasive delivery system
It has capabilities of storing abrasive and delivery the abrasive to the bucket automatically. The design shows our continues effort to improve efficiency and reduce labor requirement.
Double cutting head
With the double cutting head the water jet will double the cutting efficiency; which results into saving of time , increase the production and decrease the production cost.

14. What is the difference between stepper motor and servo motor ?
Technical Differences of Servo & Stepper drives
1 Our CNC cutting table can be separated to two types according to different control system. The system can be separated to A type and B type. A type adopts stepper system, but B type is servo system.
2 Stepper system is called economic system. Three units of the control system (CNC controller, drive power and stepper motor) are all made in China. We generally call servo system as high-grade system.
3 In consideration of its operation property, the two-control systems have differences in several aspects. You can choose one according to your actual situation:

Control accuracy: The control accuracy of stepper system is 0.01mm, but for the servo system it can achieve 0.001mm. The accuracy of products processed by water cutter mainly depends on abrasion of abrasive. So no matter what kind of control system chosen, the cutting accuracy can be controlled in + 0.1mm.

Move speed: The largest curve move speed of stepper system can be 1500mm/min, but the servo system can achieve 5000-8000mm/min and even faster. So if your material is elastic texture and cutting speed exceeds 1500mm/min, you should choose servo system to guarantee the cutting efficiency.

Reliability: Servo system entirely adopts products of world famous brand, so it can be more reliable.

Price: With the same pressure system and cutting table, the price of equipment with servo system is higher than stepper system.
