- High strength and fatigue Resistance Body
The Pre-stressed wire enlaced structure with super fatigue resistance is more suitable for the mal-conditions of high frequency stress.
- New structure of the Main Cylinder
Omitted the transition board in the main cylinder, the height and distortion of main body, the net weight and energy consumption of the press could be according reduced.
- Inner Servo Ejector under Cross-cycle control
With the new type ejector totally placed into the press bed, the height of the press is cut down to increase the rigidity and reliability, also the base cave could be omitted to be more convenient for the adjustment and maintenance.
- Direct Replenishing structure
With the pre-filling valve underneath the main piston and the pressing chamber accordingly minimized, the dissipation of compression reduces to increase the actuating, saving the energy.
- Accurate Filling Control System
Monitoring the thickness of the pressed body, the single servo cylinder under close-cycle control adjusts the depth of filling cavity, dynamic trimming in different phrases during the feeding process. The tile defects such as unstable deformation and angle variation could be greatly reduced.

| Fume Exhaust System |
The fume exhaust pipe system is set up in the front section. The fume exhaust fan exhausts the fume from the firing zone and pre-heating zone through fume exhaust sub-pipes. It is easy to adjust. The user can choose a pressure self-control function. |

| Rapid Cooling System |

A rapid air fan and pipe system is used to evenly blow natural air from inside the workshop over the tiles, quickly reducing their temperature. Fully absorb international advanced design idea, adopt independent section control, and ensure flat tile surface and less breakage. |

| Slow Cooling System |
> |
|
Slow cooling (indirect cooling). When tiles move to the slow cooling section, a slow lowering of the temperature is needed to avoid cracking. Natural air from inside the workshop enters the indirect cooling pipes and is drawn out from the other end. This eliminates air volume exchange within the kiln, so there is only thermal exchange. Air volume has no effect on kiln pressure. The indirect fan and pipe system is divided into several groups. Each of them can be controlled automatically. |

| Final Cooling System |

The sub-pipes in final cooling section are placed evenly on opposite sides of the kiln, above or below burners. These pipes have small apertures that pass natural air onto the tiles for rapid cooling before unloading. After heat exchange, the air will be exhausted out of kiln by fan. This enhances the flow of air inside the kiln and quickly reduces tile temperature. |
